Click an Image for More Information! The game of Golf has certainly changed throughout the years. Well, not so much the game, but the Golf Clubs and Accessories available sure have. I remember when I first started playing Golf, decades ago. The only thing metal about our Golf Clubs were the Golf Irons and of course your Golf Putters. A very good Golf Driver was made of persimmons wood. And Fairway Woods were just that, Woods. Hybrid Irons? What's that? Fairway Metal? Come on now. Back then we considered a 250 yard Drive huge. Nowadays these guys are hitting their Drivers out to 400 yards or more. A 300 yard drive for a pro has become standard. Hitting the long ball has taken on a whole new meaning. Titanium Drivers with Graphite Shafts customized to fit your Swing, various lofts available for each and every Golf Club, sixty degree Wedges that just about throw your ball straight up in the air, and yet we still struggle to make par. We all know HOW to make the good shots. But even the pros mess up a round of Golf every now and then. But we keep coming back! No matter how much we improve our Golf Clubs or how much technology allows us to refine our Golf Swing, Golf is still a game. Scores are getting lower each year. Courses are getting longer. Holes are getting more and more challenging. Golf Clubs are being manufactured with such forgiveness that it is difficult not to hit a bad shot. But Golf is a game. And no matter what changes take place it is still up to us, the Golfers, to swing the Golf Clubs and make the shots. Don't you just love this game!
