The game of Golf has certainly changed throughout the years. Well, not so much the game, but the Golf Clubs and Accessories available sure have.

I remember when I first started playing Golf, decades ago. The only thing metal about our Golf Clubs were the Golf Irons and of course your Golf Putters. A very good Golf Driver was made of persimmons wood. And Fairway Woods were just that, Woods. Hybrid Irons? What's that? Fairway Metal? Come on now.

Back then we considered a 250 yard Drive huge. Nowadays these guys are hitting their Drivers out to 400 yards or more. A 300 yard drive for a pro has become standard. Hitting the long ball has taken on a whole new meaning.

And no matter what changes take place it is still up to us, the Golfers, to swing the Golf Clubs and make the shots. Don't you just love this game!
